Begin with the opening episode
The opening episode introduces the cast and premise. A free beginning gives you a way to try a series before choosing another episode. Check the listed episode count and availability rather than assuming a cover means the entire season is ready.
The featured covers on our home page offer a starting selection. Episode counts and release availability belong to each series. An announced or coming-soon entry is not the same as a released episode.
Understand what an unlock covers
An episode unlock is for that episode on your account, including replay. It does not purchase every later installment. A subscription and an episode unlock also serve different purposes: Premium or Ultimate permits spending Moments on eligible unlocks, but does not open the full catalogue at once.
An eligible free-unlock credit can work on any plan. Check the episode's access options and cost before confirming. Our episode access explanation separates free openings, credits and Moments so you can choose the relevant option.
Watch a story or join one
Shorts follow their filmed sequence. Chatting with a cast companion creates a conversation alongside that story; it does not change an episode or unlock another installment.
For an opening where you choose the next line yourself, explore Reels. If you want a new clip based on a gallery image instead of an existing series, see video creation. These choices have different account requirements and costs.
Questions
Does every series use the same episode price?
No universal episode price applies. Read the cost and access options on the episode you are choosing, including whether a free credit is available.
Can I watch an unlocked episode again?
An unlocked episode can be replayed on the account that unlocked it. Switching accounts does not transfer the unlock.
Does a subtitle option apply to every series?
Available subtitles vary. Check the episode's language options rather than treating one title's subtitle selection as a catalogue-wide promise.
