Read the balance in two parts
A subscription grant is the monthly allowance supplied by a paid plan. Top-up Moments are credits you purchase separately. The balance displayed in your account combines the available amounts, so a change at renewal is not necessarily a missing purchase.
At an ordinary renewal, unused grant Moments are replaced; purchased top-ups are not reset. If you upgrade from a monthly plan mid-cycle, unused grant Moments convert to non-expiring Top-Up Moments before the new grant is added. Check Moments history to distinguish a purchase, renewal reset, upgrade conversion and generation charge.
Check the request, not just the balance
Media costs depend on what you ask us to create. Image quantity, resolution, video duration and model can change the total. Read the amount on Generate after you have finished choosing settings.
Repeatedly submitting a request is not a useful way to check whether it worked. Inspect the pending request or gallery first. If a charge looks wrong, keep the request details so support can identify it.
Buying and billing
A Premium or Ultimate subscription is required to purchase Moments. Open the Store and inspect the amount and price before confirming a top-up. Card statements use S LABS INC as the billing description.
Prepaid subscription keys are not a general Moments gift card. Supported keys cover a subscription term and have their own redemption conditions. They cannot be used to add a term to an already active subscription.
Questions
Are tokens and Moments different?
In Secrets AI, tokens and Moments refer to the same account credits. Do not confuse them with an AI model's context or message-length limits.
How can I get free Moments?
Eligible one-off offers include a 200-Moments signup bonus, 100 Moments for a first Discord account link and 25 Moments for enabling notifications. Check the offer and eligibility shown in your account. These are not monthly Free-plan grants, and receiving a bonus does not remove a feature's subscription requirement.
Why did my total go down at renewal?
Unused monthly-grant Moments reset at the next grant. Top-up Moments are kept separately. Review the balance history before assuming a purchased top-up expired.
Can I buy Moments on Free?
No. Purchasing Moments requires Premium or Ultimate. Start with the plan details if you need access to paid media features.
Do free-token websites work?
We do not ask you to enter your password on a third-party token site. Use your account balance, eligible in-product offers and the Store rather than a claimed balance-unlock service.
