Compare the plan allowances
Free includes 20 daily messages with no monthly Moments grant. Premium provides unlimited text messaging and 8,000 monthly Moments; Ultimate provides unlimited text messaging and 15,000 monthly Moments, with additional features such as personas and group chat.
Our plan comparison lists the published monthly and annual prices alongside feature differences. An annual monthly equivalent describes a yearly purchase divided by twelve. It is not a promise that the same price is charged month by month.
Check how a Moments balance renews
An ordinary monthly grant is replaced at renewal rather than accumulating indefinitely. Purchased top-up Moments do not expire. A monthly-plan upgrade has a specific conversion rule for the remaining grant, so review the change before assuming every balance is treated alike.
Top-ups require a paid subscription. Adding Moments does not independently unlock a feature restricted to another plan. Read the balance and usage explanation when comparing a larger allowance with an additional purchase.
Review the commitment before paying
Check the billed total, currency, renewal period and any introductory offer separately. The selected payment method and account determine the final transaction details; a sample image or video price does not determine the cost of future requests.
You can stop renewal without deleting your account. Access continues for the paid period after cancellation. A billing dispute or refund request is a separate step: use the billing and policy information and keep the transaction identifier for support. Never send your full card details in a message.
Questions
Do I need a top-up for basic text chat?
Basic text conversation uses your plan allowance, not a per-message Moments charge. Optional images, videos, calls and some creation actions have their own charges.
Does Ultimate mean unlimited generation?
No. Ultimate increases the monthly Moments grant and adds features. It does not remove image, video or call metering.
What should I check when changing billing periods?
Compare the actual charge and the length of access, not just the monthly equivalent. Read the renewal conditions and any balance treatment before confirming the change.
