Compare the regular plans
Premium and Ultimate are available with monthly or annual billing. An annual subscription charges the full yearly total; its monthly equivalent is for comparison. Check the currency, initial charge and renewal amount in checkout.

Decide which features you will use
Premium includes unlimited text messaging, a monthly Moments grant and lorebooks. Ultimate adds access to features including personas, group chats and its higher Moments grant. Images, videos and calls use Moments rather than becoming unlimited because the text allowance is unlimited.
If you mainly want occasional conversation, begin with Free access. If you want media, compare the grant with the displayed cost of the kinds of requests you intend to make.
Check a sale against its renewal
Some offers discount only the first billing period. A discounted first charge is not automatically the ongoing price. Check the initial total and the regular renewal amount together, and do not assume a code from an old review is still valid.
A monthly Moments grant resets each month even on an annual subscription. Buying an annual plan does not turn the full year's grants into one immediately spendable balance.
Cancel renewal without deleting your account
Open Subscription or Settings, choose Manage Subscription and follow Cancel Subscription through confirmation. Your current paid access continues until its billing period ends. The account then returns to Free.
Cancellation stops renewal without deleting the account or automatically refunding the current period. Our refund policy normally excludes refunds for unused days, subject to its exceptions and applicable law. Report billing errors to support@secrets.ai within 30 days of the statement, with the account email and transaction details.
For EU and UK initial subscriptions, our policy allows a withdrawal request within 14 calendar days: a full refund without premium use, or a refund less a proportional deduction after use. This provision does not cover renewals. Email a clear request before the period expires; do not include full card details.
Questions
How much does Secrets AI cost?
Regular monthly billing is $19.99 for Premium or $39.99 for Ultimate. Annual billing is $109.99 or $319.99 respectively, charged for the year. Free has a daily text allowance.
Are Moments included?
Premium includes 8,000 monthly Moments and Ultimate includes 15,000. Monthly grants reset rather than roll over. Top-up purchases are a separate balance.
Is there a promo code?
Check the Store for an offer shown to your account. Some discounts apply only to the first billing period, so read the next renewal amount as well as the initial charge. A code in an older post may no longer be active.
Can I use a gift card or prepaid key?
A supported prepaid subscription key pays for a subscription term, not a Moments top-up. Keys have separate redemption conditions and cannot extend an already active subscription. See Moments and payments for the distinction.
Can I cancel an annual plan?
You can cancel its renewal. Paid access remains until the end of the annual period. Cancelling is not the same as refunding the current term.
