Decide how you enter the scene
Watch the introduction and consider who you are in that situation. You can choose a suggested reply or write a different response. A question, an action or a brief introduction gives the companion a direction without needing to rewrite the entire premise.
The next exchange happens in chat. Your reply develops that conversation; it does not edit the video that introduced it. Keep a separate conversation if you want to explore another version of the same scenario.
Scenario chat is not an episode unlock
A Reel is an entry point into an interactive story. Shorts are series to watch over episodes, with their own unlock conditions. Sending a message to a cast companion does not purchase a Shorts episode, and unlocking an episode does not change the character's conversation.

Check access before continuing
Scenarios can begin on any plan, with account or email verification requested where needed. Once you continue in chat, your plan's messaging allowance applies. Optional images, calls and generation remain separate actions.
Keep your role fictional and adult. If you want a different tone, state it at the start and redirect a reply that misses the premise. A scene should give you something to respond to, not require sharing personal information.
Questions
Do I have to use the suggested reply?
No. Writing your own opening lets you choose a different response while keeping the same starting situation.
Can I return to an earlier version of a story?
Check the conversation's history controls before rewinding. Time Travel and editing an earlier message can remove later exchanges; a separate conversation is a different approach to trying another premise.
Are Reels generated videos from my gallery?
No. Watching a scenario opening is different from submitting a video-generation request. Use Generation Studio when you want to create media from your own supported gallery results.
