Find an archived conversation
Archived threads can be restored from User Settings. Expand Archived Chats, locate the conversation and use Unarchive to return it to Messages. If a thread is missing from the main list, check this section before assuming it is gone.
Separate conversations can also use different memory settings. A fresh thread is useful for another premise, but do not assume that changing the visible chat list automatically changes every saved memory.
Rewind or reset a conversation
On Premium or Ultimate, open the clock control in the chat header to enter Time Travel. Select an earlier message and confirm to permanently remove everything after that point. The trash control in this mode resets the conversation. Editing an earlier sent message also removes the messages after it.
These actions do not preserve a later branch of the conversation. An archived thread can be restored, but a confirmed Time Travel deletion cannot be undone. Read the confirmation before resetting history, and review saved memories separately.
Review memory and account actions separately
A saved story detail, a message and an account setting are different records. Review the memory or lorebook used by the conversation when the aim is to stop a character referring to a particular detail.
For permanent account deletion, open User Settings and find Account safety, then Delete account. Review subscription status and the consequences shown before continuing. Uninstalling the app is not this action. Contact support@secrets.ai if you need help identifying the correct control.
Questions
How do I restore an archived chat?
Open User Settings, expand Archived Chats and choose Unarchive beside the thread. It returns to the Messages list.
Does archiving delete a conversation?
No. Archiving and deleting are different actions. Archived conversations have a restore control.
Can I undo a deleted chat?
A confirmed Time Travel rewind or reset permanently removes the affected messages. It cannot be undone. Archiving is different: an archived conversation has an Unarchive control.
Is deleting my account the same as cancelling?
No. Cancellation changes subscription renewal. Account deletion is a separate account action with a different scope.
