Know what a companion conversation is
Our companions generate replies from conversation context; they are not people receiving your messages. Our privacy policy describes using information for personalization, moderation, analytics, and training and improving AI models. It also covers service providers and disclosures for legal obligations. Keep those uses in mind when choosing what to share.
We describe encryption in transport and storage in that policy. That is not a reason to promise that an online service has no risks or that no authorized processing can occur. Keep passwords, full payment details and private information about other people out of your messages.
Keep adult access and content rules separate
Secrets is for adults aged 18 and over. The same content rules apply across Free and paid access. We prohibit content involving minors, non-consensual content and unauthorized intimate depictions of real people.
A realistic image is still a fictional AI character. Do not use the creator to impersonate a private individual or public figure. A label such as NSFW or uncensored does not override these rules.
Use the account controls for the right task
Manage communication preferences in settings and distinguish subscription cancellation from account deletion. Our policy says permanent deletion removes personal identifiers and chat history. Transaction records remain for seven years, while security and system logs can remain for up to twelve months. Closing an account does not immediately erase every retained record.
For an account or data request, write to support@secrets.ai. Explain what you want to change and which account is affected. Do not include a password, verification code or complete payment-card number.

Is Secrets AI safe?
We provide account controls, published content rules and documented security measures, but no online service can promise zero risk. Use the correct site, protect the account and avoid sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for a fictional conversation.

Where should I report an unexpected charge?
Check the account receipt and subscription first, then contact support with enough transaction detail to identify it. Do not send full card information through chat or community messages.
