Discord access and account linking
Joining a Discord server and linking a Discord account to Secrets are different actions. The account integration uses Discord authorization and can sync a role with your subscription. Review the authorization screen and the account you are connecting before confirming.
Each Discord account can be connected to one Secrets account. If linking fails, check whether it was already connected elsewhere before repeating the process.
Keep account questions out of public threads
Use community discussions for story ideas, feature questions and conversations about your experience. Our support team needs a private request when a question concerns your subscription, login or a particular charge.
A post on Reddit or another independent site does not open a support ticket with us. Share only the details needed for a public discussion. Send account identifiers and receipt details privately to support, with passwords and full card numbers left out.
Ask support about your account
Email support@secrets.ai when a question concerns access, billing or a specific account action. Include the account email, the affected feature and the exact error, along with a cropped screenshot if it helps.
Keep passwords, verification codes and full payment-card numbers out of the message. For general setup questions, start with Questions or troubleshooting so you can identify the affected control.
Questions
Where is the Secrets AI Discord?
Use the Discord link in our navigation or footer. Account linking is managed through the Secrets integration rather than by sharing a password with a server member.
Is a Reddit discussion an official support channel?
No. Community discussions can be useful, but private account and payment requests should go to support@secrets.ai.
Does joining Discord change my subscription?
Joining a server does not itself buy a plan. Linked roles can reflect an existing subscription; review account status in Secrets for billing information.
